Job Description:

Dionne Marie Signature Haute Ventures is seeking highly experienced and knowledgeable Executive Leadership Development Consultants to join our team. As an expert in leadership development and executive coaching, you will play a vital role in assisting our clients in achieving their strategic goals and maximizing their leadership potential.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough needs assessments and analyses to identify leadership development gaps and opportunities within client organizations.

- Design and deliver customized executive leadership development programs that align with clients' business objectives and cultivate effective leadership skills.

- Provide one-on-one executive coaching and mentorship to senior-level executives, offering guidance and support for their professional growth.

- Facilitate workshops and training sessions on various leadership topics such as strategic thinking, change management, team building, and communication skills.

- Develop and implement evaluation methodologies to assess the effectiveness and impact of leadership development programs.

- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in executive leadership development, sharing insights and recommendations with clients and colleagues.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate leadership development initiatives into overall talent management strategies.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as an Executive Leadership Development Consultant or similar role, working with senior-level executives and organizations of varying sizes.

- In-depth knowledge of leadership development theories, frameworks, and best practices.

- Strong expertise in executive coaching methodologies and techniques.

- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with senior-level executives.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for leadership assessment, feedback, and program evaluation.
