Dionne Marie Flynn is the Founder and CEO of Dionne Marie Signature Haute Ventures. Ms. Flynn is an entrepreneur with expertise in peak performance development, leadership strategy cultivation, and international corporate compliance. She specializes in the luxury market. She delivers effective strategies for elevating your mindset, unpacking pain points to deep dive into existing and emerging issues, aligning your language with expectations, developing competent ecosystems, and drilling down to extrapolate your gifts to own and execute your next level of leadership licensing and lifestyle transformation. She is known as the “Luxe Ambassador” for her style and approach to her mission of positively impacting international trade through leadership development.

With more than 20 years in active ministry and the legal field, she is a first generation immigrant using her gift of communicating with care to lead one million leaders in reaching their optimum performance at the intersection of spiritual development and professional acumen. This sophisticated West Indian has served in ministry leadership, executive management, and support roles in state government, multinational corporations, law firms, and distinguished universities. She uses everything she learned from industry leaders to help the next generation of emerging leaders. She is a true public servant leader.

She loves learning and as an un-traditional student has curated an education and training in C-Suite leadership development. She has accentuated her academic career with multiple certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Global Trade and Logistics, Corporate Governance, Contract Administration, Human Resources Operations, Leadership and Management, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and Executive Pastoral Care. She is extremely grateful to Santa Monica College for aiding her in completing her first degree and now she is currently excited about studying at Harvard University with the intention of obtaining a PhD with an emphasis in the field of strategy development.

She is an innovative ministry leader. She was licensed in 2001 to preach the gospel by Bishop Joseph Simmons, ordained and affirmed as a Pastor in 2008 by Bishop TD Jakes, and later elevated to the office of Overseer in 2010. She enjoys traveling across the globe speaking life to leaders.

She is a humanitarian with a heart for reaching people worldwide at their core and helping them stretch into their highest potential. She was appointed as Liaison for the International Law Section of the American Bar Association to the Organization for Women in International Trade after being a past Co-Chair of the Women's Interest Network of the American Bar Association International Law Section, Vice-Chair of the United Nations and International Organizations Committee of the American Bar Association, member of the Women in Homeland Security, the American Political Science Association, the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women, The Potter's House International Pastoral Alliance, and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Her philanthropic passion is extended through her support of different charities in the fashion industry.
 
Ms. Flynn is approachable and compassionate. As a leading executive in the luxury industry with spiritual depth she is ordained to empower people spiritually and professionally. As a scholar and caring leader she is committed to improving human performance by fostering opportunities for leadership development from a global perspective. She travels extensively to share her heart, knowledge, and wisdom. She is honored to be the mother of two young adults and works diligently to effectively act as a catalyst and caregiver in their lives.

FUN FACTS

• She was born in St. Croix, United States Virgin Islands and raised in Harlem, NY by her father.

• She attended a language academy in primary school and for middle school and now speaks Spanish, French and Farsi and hopes to learn Arabic, Swahili, and Mandarin well enough to sound like a native for all 6 languages.

• She is a vegan that creates dining adventures around visiting Michelin Star rated chefs.

• She began modeling as a child and her first print assignment was for Sears department store.
